Base of Mt Buller – Winter & Summer

Nestled at the very foot of Mt Buller are the unique freehold residential areas –Sawmill Settlement,Alpine Ridge & Merrijig.

The close-by  Delatite River runs alongside all and the surrounding scenery is spectacular with many properties having direct views to Mt Buller & the surrounding high country mountains.

The village of Mt Buller & direct access to the winter ski slopes is within ½ hour from these areas and the houses and apartments are very popular for holiday accommodation letting throughout the year when owners are not occupying for themselves.
