Mark commenced his working career in the family building business in 1977. He continued this along with weekend duties in the family hotel the Arlberg on Mt Buller.
At the age of 20 in 1980 Mark became the assistant manager at Arlberg employing some 70 staff.
In the Early 80's the family built Arlberg Merrijig and Mark took over the management of both hotels under the guidance of his father Adam Adams. Mark was responsible for everything from employment of staff to building renovations.
In 1985 the family purchased the Kooroora Hotel which was also under Mark's management control.
All the Buller commercial properties were sold in 1988 so the family could pursue the other interests in Melbourne.
Mark continued his association with Mt Buller including his family's development of the Elkhorn Apartments. When he commenced Real Estate sales in 1994 it became evident that Mark would head back to Mt Buller.
In 1996 Mark commenced Mark Adams Real Estate specialising in Port Melbourne Beachfront and Mt Buller properties; hence the slogan "From the Beach to the Snow".
Mark's first sales project was the Elkhorn and it was hugely successful.
With Mark's first hand knowledge and his experiences while living at Mt Buller for many years meant he could not fail.
Mark and his wife Anna have 5 children between them and Mark knows too well his clients requirements and has a strong affinity with them. Mark prides himself on his solid reputation and honest approach to real estate which is second to none on Mt Buller.

Suzi Meltzer together with her husband Mike Meltzer returned to the alpine region 4 years ago and settled in Alpine Ridge.During most of the 70's, Suzi & Mike, successfully managed Arlberg Hotel.
After Buller Suzi managed a property Development Company,and they later moved to Queensland and established and operated a large Manufacturing company.
Mark Adams Real Estate has now expanded to include sales at the Base of Buller and surrounding areas. Suzi has been engaged to specialize in the listing and sale of properties in Sawmill Settlement, Alpine Ridge, Merrijig and surrounding districts. Since her commencement Suzi has had great success and would be pleased to discuss with any potential Vendor or Purchaser.
