In Summer, Mt Buller transforms into the ultimate biking destination with a great range of challenging and varied terrain. Beginners can meander around the village trails, while thrill seekers can test their skills on the downhill trails or latest cross-country trail network.


Merrijig, Alpine Ridge, Sawmill Settlement

Nestled at the very foot of Mt Buller are the unique freehold residential areas of Merrijig & Sawmill Settlement.

The close-by Delatite River runs alongside and the surrounding scenery is spectacular with many properties having direct views to Mt Buller & the surrounding high country.

The village of Mt Buller & direct access to the winter ski slopes is within a ½ hour from these areas and the houses and apartments are very popular for holiday accommodation letting throughout the year when owners are not occupying for themselves.

Throughout the region are several restaurants, the famous country Hunt Club Hotel and The Mill Inn to name a few.

Mansfield Township is a pleasant 20-minute drive and during summer Lake Eildon is very popular for water sports & boats. There are several unique country townships to explore including Jamieson, Bonnie Doon & Gough Bay.

If the weather is poor there is always something to do. You could visit the Delatite Winery or take a drive into Mansfield. During Summer and Winter the activities are endless and all within easy reach.
